Important: 3D Printing and Laser Engraving/Cutting
Most products that are either 3D printed or laser engraved/cut are made upon ordering. Processing times can range from hours to days based on demand. Please allow adequate time after an order is placed before requesting an update. Once products are ready and shipped you will receive shipping details.
Product images that aren't of physical products are 3D renderings of the finalized items they represent. Due to manufactoring, there may be small, minor differences between the images on the product page and the manufactored item. These include, but may not be limited to: colors not matching image or minor color differences between products with the same "color", surface blemishes from supports used in 3D printed object manufactoring, small lines along 3D printed objects known as "layer lines" which are a part of the manufactoring process.
These manufactoring processes are not considered defects and are an expected aspect of any 3D printed or laser engraved/cut product. Refunds are not considered in these instances.
Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards. We also accept various app wallets such as: Paypal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Meta Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Returns
We offer free returns within 14days of the date you received it. Please refer to the full return policy here.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5 to 10 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account. Please refer to the full policy here.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support using our contact page. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Note that most items are produced as the orders come in and can take several days to produce. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website once the package has been shipped.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement. Please include photos of any issues with the shipping packaging.
